The Guest-Card Bregenzerwald & Großes Walsertal
The Guest-Card Bregenzerwald & Großes Walsertal is your “ticket” to various mountain experiences.
It is your unlimited ticket to take the cable car as often as you like, is valid for environmentally-friendly rides on the public buses, and is your permit to refreshing, relaxing times in the outdoor swimming pools. The Guest-Card Bregenzerwald & Großes Walsertal is available to all visitors for free who spend at least three nights in one of the 28 partner municipalities between 1 May and 31 October 2024. The card is valid from the day of arrival to the day of departure.

Alberschwende, Andelsbuch, Au, Bezau, Bildstein, Bizau, Damüls, Doren, Egg, Hittisau, Krumbach, Langen b. Bregenz, Langenegg, Lingenau, Mellau, Riefensberg, Schnepfau, Schoppernau, Schröcken, Schwarzenberg, Sibratsgfäll and Sulzberg in the Bregenzerwald.
Blons, Fontanella, Raggal, Sonntag, St. Gerold and Thüringerberg in the Biosphärenpark Großes Walsertal.
New and digital
Available to use upon arrival and always to hand: the Bregenzerwald & Großes Walsertal Guest-Card now on your smartphone (from May 2023). Your hosts will send you the link to your personal MobileCard before you arrive. Just activate it and you’re good to go. Your MobileCard may already be used for the trip on regional buses to your destination or an excursion destination on the way to your accommodation.

Public buses
Free travel on the “Landbus Bregenzerwald” bus routes as far as Bregenz and Dornbirn (except the town buses) as far as Lech (except the blue hiking buses – Spullersee/Formarinsee), no. 46 from Hittisau to Balderschwang, with line 821 to Scheidegg or Weiler in the Allgäu, with the line 890 to Oberstaufen and the “Großes Walsertal Landbus” as far as Thüringen. Please note: Laguzalpe – toll surcharge.

The mountain lifts are in daily operation from mid June through early October. In spring and fall they are open only on weekends.
